AG-WORX (J S Jobe Ltd) is a long respected company supplying and servicing in both agricultural and domestic solutions.
Jim Jobe had a general engineering business and formed ties with the Nu-pulse Milking Machine and invented among other things a full-flow water valve which has now grown into an exporting company run seperately by his son David as JOBE VALVES Ltd.
Jim Jobe's daughter Sylvia and son-in-law Terry Hawes (who had been working in the business for some years) took over the Nu-pulse and Grundfos agencies from David when he decided to concentrate specifically on the valve business.
Nu-pulse was bought out in the late 1990's and integrated into the rebranded DeLaval Group who are now expanding their New Zealand line of milking machines with automatic calf-feeders, automated milking management, feed suppliments and mixer wagons.
The company is busy with 5 engineers in the field installing, testing and servicing DeLaval milking plant, Grundfos submersible and pressure pumps, spas, swimming pools and water filtration systems.
Filter-pro is the most recent business development into high flow automated backwash filtration systems supporting many varied filtration situation such as: dairyfarm, chicken growers, horse racing and meat processing plants.
